What are the desired schemas, tables, and printouts for a revised stderr/logging and STDOUT/STDERR interface?

STDOUT and stderr interface, log collection and distribution/passing overhaul.

Affects all logged modules.

Am prototyping a useful set of banners, spacers, input/parameter YAML, schema/stage/task documentation.

rich text formatting is a cherry, but just complicates the interface short term deliverable.

Needs revisit, but low priority this iteration. Focus on academics and functionality.
