IE6 shows both scroll bars if the movie is bigger on only one axis #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. resize the browser window until the scroll bars appear.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- only show the scroll bar that is needed not both.

Not a big concern since the user still see the content and IE6 is getting
less popular each day..
