I use huge flv (video surveillance) and some time i need to start movie from 
custom starttime (not from 00:00:00)

Sorry, but what you are asking for is a feature of a video player swf, not the 
SWFObject library itself. SWFObject is only concerned with embedding your Flash 
files within html pages, not functionality which is contained within a certain 
swf file.

If both your video player and server hosting the FLV supports psuedo-streaming, 
then you can pass the start time value via the flashvars object , but that is 
as much as SWFObject would ever be involved.
