Update the description of the library at Github and Packagist #70

At packagist and github the library is portrayed as "Library that contains utility classes and extends the functionality of Zend Framework 1.". This descriptions says nothing about the functionality the library actually provides and thereby is hardly looked at by programmers looking for specific solutions.

At this point you might reconsider extracting some parts into specific projects. It's all about marketing :)
