After your last commit (oc 0.6.4 + zen 3 support), following your steps will result in the error OC: Failed to load configuration on usb boot
I believe that happens because in step 3 you are instructing users to download the latest recovery full install which is, as of today, Catalina and I see some Big Sur stuff in the new commit.
Following the steps from commit dd11d02 works fine (even updating to Big Sur).
