Create release plz with new compiled files.

Hi,

There haven't been any changes to the source code since the current release (v1.2.1) that would warrant making a new release. All of the commits since then fall into one of the following categories:

In other words, no functionality has been changed since the last release unless you are compiling EfiGuard yourself, and making a "new" release would essentially be the same as re-releasing the current version.
