There is apparently a well known issue out there with Ryzen & BlInitializeLibrary errors. My system is a Ryzen 1600AF on a GIGABYTE A320M-H-CF
Ventoy offers a fix --> F5 --> UEFI tools, but today I was unable to successfully use EfiGuard, either from a usb key, nor from a UEFI boot menu on the local disk
enabling or disabling CSM did not help. What worked in my case, was to enable the Ultra Fast boot option in the bios settings.
I am just sharing this here & closing this ticket as it's not an EfiGuard issue
