Animated Background Gif #2

The background of the website will prominently feature an animated background with moving clouds, shifting foliage, and various timed events. This portion of the site will no be hard coded, but instead be a gif that loads in when the site is booted up. If the gif has trouble loading, the background will be a static version while the gif loads.

This background will be fixed to the screen on the lowest Z-Level, with most of everything scrolling over the animation as the user scrolls down.

This background will be drawn and animated digitally in photoshop.
