wikipediadownloader.py stalls #52

This issue should have long been reported, but still...

The wikipediadownloader.py script stalls when running it, and it is probably 
due to the change from hard-coded URLs to just links to the filename only.

Its a simple task that anyone can handle, just requires configuring line 59 of 
the code, and a few other tweaks here and there.
