[BUG] UdonSharp prevents VRC SDK from being the correct version #26

Due to an issue with UdonSharp's package.json format, updating to 1.3.0 and beyond wont automatically update the VRC SDK to the required version, leading to a project that will open with compile errors due to missing namespaces

the PR was merged, but the fix wont be live till there is a U# release. This will require a dependency bump on U#
