[BUG] Odd floating point issue with Scaled Wyvern #53

Scaled Wyvern base has weird issues where the chest to neck will vary between 274 and 275 based on avatar scaled. Needs more research, this is the first avatar I've seen this issue with, and its not related to FBT lock-both

Going to close this right now since this just seems to be a very unlucky situation with this specific armature
