Can you provide some information on this addition? Is this a personal base, something from gumroad?

It was an avatar that was brought to me that was not in the open flight system that had wings and I asked another contributor if it could be hashed and I was told that it should be fine

I really need more information about the base than this. Even attaching a picture would help

Sorry, I cannot accept this PR, as the avatar trying to be added matches the nardoragon hash. The hash you submitted is 341832v2 and you can see in this list that its the nardoragon hash
