I want to add more diversity to all the voting bots, and I think adding this Tag Promotion feature will be a good idea.
Users can easily set allow_tag_promotion to true in config.json to enable this feature, then all the coming articles with one of the target tags will get a bonus in their voting weight.
I think with this feature enabled, different bots can advertise themselves in different ways, which will make Steemit a little bit better :)
