Suggestion: transfer confirmation step for scot tokens

Currently, there is no confirmation step for scot tokens. This is not only inconsistent with STEEM/SBD transfer which provides confirmation step, but also could be dangerous.

Before

• Currently, clicking "SEND" immediately send tokens.
• There is no confirmation step which can be dangerous if a user makes a mistake for a large unintended transfer.
• It is even possible that a wrong send can be chosen due to multi-account support
• It is also inconsistent with STEEM/SBD transfer which provides a confirmation step

After

Actual implementation screenshot

• After clicking "SEND", confirmation page with "sender" info, which I made before for STEEM/SBD #97 :), should be shown.
