MTC4PF does not handle loco #62

Martin List-Petersen has reported that the MTC4PF does not handle loco messages correctly. See discussion thread in the forum:

The problem is in the current develop branch only. V1.0.2 is reported to work fine.

Checked the error again, but couldn't reproduce it. Closing issue.
