Feature remove internal mqtt queue #71

Because the MQTT messages have the highest priority, it is of no use to have an internal queue in between mqtt and processing the mqtt messages. Next would be a cleanup of the commented code.

Also fixed a bug in the classes: move from private->protected, to make adding other BLE devices a bit easier.

Hi Hilbert, what is the status of the pull request? I saw that there are merge conflicts. Is it worthwhile to test your changes at the moment?
