loss of categories upon importing or merging #110

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Importing tab separated txt with one category per file create proper database 
file with categories. 

2. Merging two databases result in categories loss from each database.

If I merge text files from the above example with different categories, and 
import it, categories will be lost as well (two categories merged just fine 
(see Surg.txt with two categories in attachment), 16 categories did not merge)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the output - all the questions are uncategorized

What is the AnyMemo version (E.g 8.999.1, 9.0, 9.1.1)?
9.1

What is your Android phone model?
Sensation 4G

What is your Android version?
4.0.3

Thank you. This issue has already been reported and I will do that in the
