Unable to Upload from Flashcard Exchange

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Go to the download tab
2.click flashcard exchange 
3.click search by user

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I usually find a list of flashcard sets.
I am now seeing a error message that reads:
Exception occurred during the operation. Exception: IOExeption: status is not 
OK. Status: error java.io.IOException: Status is not OK. Status: error at 
org.liberty.android.fantastichmeme.downloader.DownloaderFE.retrievelList(Downloa
derFE.........

What is the AnyMemo version (E.g 8.999.1, 9.0, 9.1.1)?
9.1.1

What is your Android phone model?
Samsung Galaxy 

What is your Android version?
Gingerbread, kernel: 2.6.35.7-1190129

FlashcardExchange was quite broken these days due to change in 
FlashcardExchange API.
Probably this issue is related. See the download issue here.

Once FlashcardExchange has fixed their API, I can verify if the uploading is 
working.

FE upload / private card function removed since it is not working. I don't have 
interest to keep their ownership change.
