lurking in background like music player / fast resume mode without select+reparse db.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.your time is fragmented
2.your device is not quite robust
3.5 card's time past each time before anymemo start and load a 5M database.
4.Re-parsing database on each program start drains battery.

What is the expected output?

an option to lurk in the background like a music player.
anymemo can be brought to foreground at any time with minimum delay. 

or a fast load mode, anymemo starts and resum to the last time status by 
reading some sort of cache without the need to selecting and re-parsing large 
database.

This is by design. The time between you leave the app and coming back is 
arbitrary. New cards can be scheduled during this time, so I need to refresh 
every time. Also when an app is in background, Android system can kill it at 
any time which makes the app un-resunable.
