cann’t change the locale for "Question audio" and "Answer audio". #33

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.when the question  locale is set to "User audio",and save it,speaking the 
question andio is correct.but when I return the datebase,and I find the 
question  locale is setting to "US" automatically.
"User audio" can not be changed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What is the AnyMemo version (E.g 8.999.1, 9.0, 9.1.1)?

8.999.7
What is your Android phone model?
Samsung I9000 ROM : 2.3.6 JVU

What is your Android version?

The setting is saved but the the setting screen displays it wrong. I will fix 
it soon.

This actually reveal a bigger problem. Block on issue 35. Once issue 35 is 
fixed, this will also be fixed.

Made the change. It should work in today's nightly build and upcoming beta 8.
