RxFingerprint.isAvailable(Context) return false for Samsung note 8 and Samsung s9+ #101

Which version of RxFingerprint are you using? This could be for a number of reasons. Most likely the user does not have any fingerprints registered at that time.

Users who reported the error were not aware that at least one fingerprint should be installed. In latest version all work superbly
