F-Chat has transitioned from Hixie to Hybi #30

Chatserver no longer supports Hixie, as of about 12 hours ago, which is what 
this plugin uses, so all connections fail. Here's the newspost:

I have adjusted the modifications made to flist-adium so it applies to this 
plugin.

I have tested it successfully on Linux, not sure it will work on Windows though.
(you also will need the makefile patches from issues 14 and 21)
