What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. type /ad *random message
2. enter
3. pidgin "hangs" and eventually "stops working" windows prompt.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
As far as I know the ability to use /ad to put out ads has been a feature for a
long time. I started using the f-list pidgin plugin after the whole socket
switchover and it worked pretty flawlessly but now...one of the issues is that
it "crashes" whenever /ad is used.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
plugin: v1.6 according to pidgin
0.3.0 according to dll.
pidgin info:
"Pidgin 2.10.9 (libpurple 2.10.9)
9438f4b2904d9574b9e6ffba463d354b3661139f"
re-downloaded the 0.3.0 dll and tried again, same effect.
OS: win7 (x64) home premium with service pack 1
((pidgin is obviously 32bit, I'm not sure if a 64bit version was made or if
that would improve the product))
