Show which character a chat tab belongs to #39

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Be logged in with multiple characters
2. Have multiple tabs open
3. Have no idea which one belongs to which character

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Something like "Channel/Contact name (My character name)"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Pidgin 2.10.9 on Win7 x64 Professional

Please provide any additional information below.
No idea if a plugin has any control over how the names are displayed in the 
chat window.

I find this plugin helps with that: 
https://code.google.com/p/pidgin-icon-override/

It lets you assign a 16x16px icon to each of your accounts, and shows it on the 
right, above the conversation window.
