Build logs should better match cargo build results.

[x] Track down psuedo-newlines - e.g.:

1>     1>
1>I:\home\projects\test\testrust\src\main.rs(43,2,43,22): error : invalid format string: expected `'}'`, found `'?'`

[ ] Bring JSON message logging up to par with uncolored cargo build raw text output... or revert to non-json parsing of raw text instead
[ ] Log non-error output from stderr into the build output tab... maybe convert to JSON while we're at it?

Tracking down the source of the newlines is proving difficult. I should probably just attach a debugger, or do a lot of tracing statements. EDIT: These appear unrelated as they show up in C++ builds too.
