Re-ingest all branches for NHS England hosted environments

Overview

This task is to ingest again all the necessary branches due to fixes in the NHS Data Dictionary plugin that results in data changes.

Depends on

Check the following issues (or others if necessary) are completed, merged and deployed to the necessary environments to ensure that all code changes are in place before ingesting again:

Remove any local branches you are testing with and start again.
