Update Specification Profile to identify core data specification table #449

The Mdm Explorer Query Builder needs to know which is the core table to use when building tables. There is only one table in the Mauro Database that should be identified as the key table. The Specification Profile can be used to identify which of the table is the core table. This will require adding a new field.

This is not the correct profile for this work. Instead it is being done in the mdm-plugin-explorer
