Description

NHS England have requested documentation for how to merge versioned folders. This is for their processes of managing their data dictionary branches, involving (in their words):

Merging - to move changes from their trunk branch (main) to another branch
Incorporating - to move changes from a branch into the trunk branch (main)

(In essence both are actually "merging", it's just the terminology they use).

Additional context

This needs to be written as a user guide, so:

Easy to follow
Including screenshots
Correct use of language for the reader
Explaining any caveats or things to watch out for
