Refactor Reproduction_Simulator

TODO:

Rearrange the order of the code (first ask and execute the main computation, then do all the other options)
Convert DataFrames into arrays of array (check improvement in times of execution)
Use export function from Common.py (make improvements not to lose any feature developed)
