Refactor the interface of orgasm_control.h and add template for post_orgasm_control.
Add maintenance note to post_orgasm_mode.h

The migration to post_orgasm_control.h here is not absolute. Clench modes should also be abstracted, which indicates a need to create a subdirectory of various arousal detection modules that can be hooked into the orgasm_control flow events.

The need for refactoring this is an increased maintenance burden on the core components of orgasm_control that are enabled by default. Additional functionality should be created in its own module and hooked in.
