CMake won't generate Nvidia OpenCL projects #712

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.cmake with Nvidia Cuda 5 installed
2.configure and generate project files
3.all nvidia openCL demo will be missing in solution and cmake build folders

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Nvidia opencl demo should show up in project list with generated solution.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest Bullet from trunk, Win7

Please provide any additional information below.
See attached CMakeLists.txt.patch to fix.(just a tab)
