Importing `formatted.txt` doesn't work as expected

First demo card has all the formatting but after importing formatted.txt it breaks the mapping and I cannot map all fields to each other. After importing Demo card looks like this

While other cards look like this, Front: Back:

I need to switch Notetype to Japanese Now it is all mapped correctly ... :)
