We currently have a boolean "Show Path Column"

Migrate to enum "Show Path Column" to "Automatic" (if tree is grouped), "Always", "Never" .

Yair pointed out yesterday that the Enterprise platform never had this; instead it simply defaulted this property to true. We decided to go ahead with this anyway, since the Path column is just extra noise for flat tables but extremely useful for tree tables. The default for the SlickGrid will be "Auto".
