Replace DashboardLinks with in-process hovers #72

This is the SlickGrid component of #69, which is in-progress.

In the SlickGrid component, DashboardLinks are IFrames pointing at a specially-constructed URL to render the link. This issue tracks replacing those iframes with regular Dashboard widgets, akin to the MQL hovers.
