JupyterLab Dashboard Doc editor isn't loading Init Script correctly

This manifests when loading a dashboard doc that you know has an init script. When creating a new doc or adding to a blank script, the script text is preserved for the life of the model. When you save, the file is updated appropriately. However, after refreshing, the init script now appears blank; and any saves will overwrite the init script on the file.
