Admin - restrict access #40

Admins should have ability to log in only from specific IP addresses. This addresses can by add by other admin (that is able to log in). Something like on Azure when new person/application try to connect to the database server :)

This won't be done in this project (or maybe just for now) due to the fact that I don't have much time for it.
