Implementing an actual Options Screen with Setting to tweak. Which Settings?

[x] Resolution?
[x] Audio Volume?
[ ] Keyboard Layout / Shortcuts?
[ ] Brightness?
[ ] Gamma? Various VFX?
[ ] Savefile path?
[ ] Mouse sensitivity ?

Any more suggestions we need?
