Filters container is running out of space and I don't want to wrap filters on new line. Hence redesign.

Best example for the design is this one.

Planned changes:

Add a "Filters" button to Quote List and Quote Detail page. This can toggle sidebar visibility (persist between sessions)
Filters become a sidebar (situated to the right), which will push header and pages content to the side
Enables us to add more filters due to more available space
