[FEATURE] Update Meta Tags #271

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When you paste a link to the website (https://www.bluebirdbigband.de) into any social media like WhatsApp or Twitter/X you'll see a short preview of the content incl. description and optionally a picture. In case of this project there is only the text "Laravel" written. This needs to change.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like a short description, image and title better describing our publicly accessables pages.

Describe alternatives you've considered A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.

Additional context There is a blade component which can be used to achieve this: Blade UI Kit.
