UI: Treasure Counter

A counter that displays how many more treasures are left in the level

• [x] Counter shows number of remaining treasures, including ones in crates
• [ ] Has icon showing the most recent type of treasure collected

This feature has been implemented, but without the Icon of the most recent treasure collected. (UI is on the Top Right)
