Add CDN usage #33

I added a jsDelivr CDN link to your readme to make it easier to use. jsDelivr is the fastest opensource CDN available and built specifically for production usage.

Hello Lukas, I see you've done a lot of ths kind of PR on many repos on GitHub. Usually with the same words and advertisement-like language. Before I merge this (I have nothing againt it), can you please state your affiliation with jsDelivr?

Hi @MaxArt2501, yes, I work for jsDelivr and part of that is looking for projects where I think adding a CDN link could be useful.
