As a developer I can implement core templates so that I can show dynamic HTML content efficiently

This epic may be started after the completion of PBI: Implement Core Templates

Acceptance criteria

Achieve a cohesive page layout
- Include a category's page ✅
- Include a category_view page ✅
- Include a Discussion page Edit 14/11/2024 re-defined as 'Group page' ✅
- Include a discussion_view page Edit 14/11/2024 re-defined as 'group_view' ✅
- Include a Home page ✅
- Include post_view page ✅
- Achieve an attractive, minimalist , sleek look ✅
- All pages should be responsive ✅
Extra criteria
Include a Profile page Edit 14/11/2024 will be included in iteration 5
