USER STORY: User authentication

As a site user/site admin I can create a login, login and logout so that I can access my personal account and use the features available to me

Acceptance criteria

• Users can log into the website
  • Allow a registered user with valid credentials ✅
  • System should authenticate the user and redirect to dashboard ✅
• Users can experience an unsuccessful login
  • System displays an error indicating login issue ✅
• Users may signup for a account
  • Be able to create a account with a registered email and password ✅
