Voice Input does not show up

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Trying to activate voice input does not work.
2. The voice input option does work with the Google Voice Search application.

What is the expected behavior? What do you see instead?

Pressing the Voice Input button should open the voice input option.
Nothing happens. I tried to activate the Voice Input with a "gesture" but it 
does not work either. (Gestures do work with the other options like layout 
toggle)

What version of Hacker's Keyboard are you using, for example "1.37"? (See
"Debug" section at the bottom of the app's Settings menu.)

On what phone or tablet?
Sony Xperia Play (SE - r800i) with rooted *stock* Android 2.3

If applicable, does this affect the 4-row or 5-row layout, or both? Which
language(s)?

Landscape AND portrait mode are affected. French keyboard layout, french voice 
recognition.

Please provide any additional information below.

Line 982 seems related, but I am not sure.

By the way, thanks for that great keyboard, it's the best on android for SSH.

Same as Issue #391:

Nexus 4 with Android 4.4.2

System locale: en-US

Hacker's Keyboard 1.37.1419 e42df5f23af2 2013-12-24

Keyboard input languages: de and ru

Logcat says (independant of input language):

W/ActivityManager(  593): Unable to start service Intent { 
cmp=org.pocketworkstation.pckeyboard/com.google.android.voiceime.ServiceHelper 
} U=0: not found

Same issue on Samsung YP-G70, Gingerbread 2.3.5. Still love the keyboard though!

Same issue on Samsung Galaxy S3 and Samsung GT-P5210 tablet. Started after the 
last update.
