Adding khiva-python to the list #16

Hi Maximilian,

We are developing a c++ library that provides accelerated time-series analytics on CPUs and GPUS, besides that we also provide a python binding for it (khiva-python), thus we would like to add it to your list.

Moreover, we took tsfresh library as an inspiration for many of our feature extraction functions and we saw you are an active contributor. You guys are doing a great job.
