someone is spamming the Poland flag

@bones4204740 I believe that that was an automated bot that was reposting random phrases from the all-time top title list and changing random letters. It could be fixed by blocking spammers and those who post innapropriate content (and their associated IP addresses) from posting content publicly, so they essentially can post content, but it never leaves their bubble.
