Improve UI #2

things are very ugly at the moment, would be cool to change that.

it's a bit better now that the Manual Sending is moved from the Toolbox to the Portal Details and is only shown when a portal is selected, but it si still not good.

another thing that needs to be fixed with UI Style is that the display: flex makes the Pogo Tools Icons become very small and near together on Mobile.

this is already fixed. Also the UI is translated into German now and easy to be translated into more languages.
