Tag editor doesn't work #30

Actual behaviour

I go to a file, folder or album and try use Tag editor to change the album, artist, genre, year, etcetera and then select red, save icon but the tags are not changed on the album, tracks nor files

Expected behaviour

Once I use Tag editor to change the details of an album, track or file those details should show in the relevant sections after the editing or media scan

Steps to reproduce

Go to folders
Select a m4a file
Select Tag editor
Add details about Song,Album, Artist, Genre, Year and Song number
Select the red, save icon -> "Scanned files: 1 of 1"
Select song in songs list but the tags have not changed

Environment data

Android version: 6.0.1 Device model: Sony Xperia Z2 D6503 Stock or customized system:

Music-Player app version: 1.2.0

I don't know where to find the logs

I reproduced this bug when I tried to change the release year of an album. The first time I saved it just didn't do anything. I tried changing it once again and the app crashed.

I'm using a Moto G5 on Android 8.1, I'll try to look into this soon.
