[Improvement] Add the "Playlists" tab when the first playlist is created #34

Actual behaviour

When a user creates a playlist, one has to manually add the Playlists tab by ticking the Settings >> Library categories >> Playlists checkbox.

Expected behaviour

After creating the first playlist the Playlists tab should be added, possibly notifying the user to hide it by unticking the Settings >> Library categories >> Playlists checkbox

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a playlist
  2. Add a song to the playlist
  3. Wonder where the heck you can edit or play the playlist :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes: (#33)
