Playback Time Shown in Notification is Incorrect

Whenever I am listening to music and it switches to the next song in the background, the playback time shown in the notification displays as being at the end of the song, even though it is not.

If I click the skip forward or skip backward buttons in the notification, the playback time reverts back to normal and functions correctly.

Same here - play/pause also "fixes" the problem for the moment. The following song is again displayed with wrong (but not at the end of the track) playback time. Play/pause again reverts the wrong playback time to the right position.
